There’s been lots going on since my last post, but none of it seems uplifting. Maybe it’s me, but the world sure has a lot to worry about. Here in California we have earthquakes, wildfires and drought, and meanwhile the rest of world has even more, such as volcanoes and hurricanes. And that’s just mother nature getting mad at us. On our own, we have a whole new set of problems, none of which I want to dive into. All of this is to say that it’s hard to stay focused and optimistic about where my writing is headed. I keep writing some small stories (non worth printing yet) and try to live in my day dreams and imagination. My beloved summer is officially over and it’s getting cooler too. In my stories, it feels like my characters are feeling the same changes in seasons and in the volatility of their worlds. Let’s see what I can make with it. 🙂
